My daughter has been with Choice Independence for several years and is very happy with her environment. She is living with two roommates and the three of them blend well. (which is very important) Sarah and staff are willing to assist, are respectful and supportive in my daughter's life. Knowing my daughter is being well cared for is comforting to me.
I have been with choice independence as a guardian (cousin) of a client, everyone has been so nice and helpful. My cousin was very well cared for he always had what he needed and was happy with our choice to use them. I have no complaints!!!!
Having been with another company for 12 years, we needed to find new living arrangements for my brother as he aged and needed more accommodating services. We interviewed and toured Choice Independence homes and were pleasantly surprised by their staff, programing and home environment. The menu is well planned out and always posted for all to see. Choice Independence is an amazing company! They provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to have independence, community engagement, and social interactions while also providing care and stability. I would recommend them to anyone who would listen.
My daughter has special needs and has been in a personal residence with Choice Independence for almost two years. It has been amazing and a perfect place for her. When she was diagnosed at 18months, the thought of a group home scared me. This is a perfect solution, she lives on her own with two other women around the same age. There is 24/7 staff in the home. They do lots of activities and the staff is very supportive. I couldn’t ask for a better place with caring loving staff.
