DON'T USE HUMANA!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could leave minus stars I'd give them minus 100!! This company has the worst customer service EVER! They're happy to sell you a plan, but when you need help it's impossible to contact someone to speak with. I had Optima before and they were have best customer service. You can always call and speak with someone and resolve any issue right away. I just got Medicare and Humana was the only option for Medicare Advantage in my area.
