My family is forever grateful for the compassionate care our grandmother received from this hospice agency. It would be very difficult to put into words how much they did for us in caring for my mother, getting us all the supplies we needed, help if she was having a new symptom or discomfort and most of all they were our friends for that year. They were our only contact most of the time and I cannot be more grateful that I ended up calling them. I want to give a special shoutout to the most wonderful nurse of all Danielle... she is kind and gentle and you never feel judged, only supported, by her. Again, like a very good friend.

Choice Hospice provides superior end of life care with empathetic nurses and answers to every questions. Remember the company you choose for hospice care is your CHOICE! Many people don’t realize that they don’t have to go with the “recommended” hospice company. Ask for Anna!
Review for Choice Hospice I’m sharing this in hopes it helps other families and leads to change. During my father’s final days, the care our family received from this hospice service fell far short of what we expected. Communication was inconsistent and vague. I often had to chase down nurses to confirm tasks were completed. The first nurse assigned to my dad was unreliable and eventually disappeared from his care.
