I don't recommend buying any home that Allen has his name attached to the flip. Since I have purchased my home I have found nothing but problems that they just buried under new carpet and a paint, including roof leaks, studs being rotted out because of walls that leaked so they just patched up the cracking and painted over it so I didnt see it until the next time it rained.
