When Choice Home Medical went out of the CPAP business, I needed my records to be faxed to my new supplier. I have tried for months to have this done, calling and leaving 5 messages for Sharon Weaver, who has never called back. This is extremely bad customer service! I am left unable to get new supplies or my records.

(My) Client Complaints Repeatedly Dismissed without Response -- New AirSense 11 CPAP from Choice Home Medical was defective from the start (water reservoir was empty after 5.5 hours use, repeatedly) -- CHM said the problem could not be with the unit, must be caused by low humidity in my house. CHM would not replace the unit despite my repeated report that the older AirSense 10 continued to work as expected, no issue with humidification. Having been waiting for Cpap supplies for 2 months. Always state they are waiting for order from doctor. I told them to call me if any problems. They never call. I have to call them. At this point my machine is totally useless, leaking thin mask, leaking tubing. Going with another company. Choice is very unreliable.
