Over, above, and beyond describes the care Hailee and her team provided for my mother during her last days. Not only was she an angel for my mother, but Hailee had the skill and awareness to also care for the surrounding family members. She was an angel sent to our family during a trying time. Thank you Choice.

End of life is never easy, in another state than home is harder, adding family in different time zones made it complex. We will be forever grateful for the time, compassion and care Nichole gave us and our mother during this time. She guided us through every step, answered every question and was so gracious to us during this time. She is a very special person who made this time so easy for us.

Haley and Cheyanne have been assisting my father in so many ways amazing i couldnt recommend any other center to help with loved ones and there families. My father loved them to. Theres no better care then choice and Haley and Cheyanne in particular!

I am very impressed by the nurses and nursing assistants who work for Choice. Those who care for my mom (who has dementia) are smart, experienced, punctual and, so important, communicative with me. Their care of her and guidance of me are life saving -- literally.
