VERY GOOD.
I think to improve this company .If a person is receiving any service from here for the first time ...Someone such as a supervisor or team leader should come out tell how it all works ,tell whom to call with any and all problems .Then after the first visit call and ask how it all went and do you have any questions .This I think would help make this a better place
This Company is Horrible!!! There office workers are vendictive and unprofessional. They literally cursed me out about bath aide services due to aides not showing up. The Therapists are very professional and well educated but there Aides and office staff are rude and inexperienced. I had to report them for patient verbal and emotional abuse. I would not recommend them to anyone. I gave them one star only for there OT and PT services. They no call no show on visits and make recommendations to Dr. to discontinue services there... read more
