Amazing personalized service by Echo! Felt heard and taken care of for a special bouquet delivery. She offered to handwrite a note in a card I purchased from the shop - like who does that? She also sent me a picture of the bouquet which was totally unexpected. I would order from this lovely place again and recommend it too. Entire transaction on the phone was dreamy. The bouquet was a huge hit!

I had a emergent order for a graduation and needed a bouqet that had cat friendly flowers. At first some flowers needed to be exchanged but it did seem like they tried to do their research and when i pointed it out they very patiently went over the flowers with me and switched them out. I really appreciated the effort they went through in the amount of time they had. would greatly recommend! thank u!

Staff was very kind and was able to fit me in for 2 bouquets during graduation season. Flowers were beautiful and amazing. Staff even took the time to go through how to keep the flowers safe and nice for the day. Thank you!
