My daughter goes here but we are going to change. THE DOCTOR KIMBERLY DOTSON IS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. The way she talks to people is unacceptable. Everytime my daughter goes in there she is crying because of the way she is being talked to. I can not believe she can talk to people the way she does. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So kind, caring, and professional as they care for my dad who is slipping down the slope of dementia. Dad was nervous about going to a new place and the ladies made him feel very well cared for. Afterwards he said, “Those ladies really love Jesus and you can see in how how well they cared for me.” THANK YOU for helping us when we needed it! It could have gone very differently, but it went wonderfully! Dad says you get two thumbs up.

I can't thank the staff enough for their care while I was struggling with pneumonia. They were so kind and efficient. The office is super clean, very quiet and peaceful. I'm never going back to any other urgent care.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. Kim is amazing and listens to everything you have to say, the rest of the staff I've encountered have also been super helpful and kind!
