This is the first review I’ve ever written, but the experience with Choice DNA has been so frustrating that it needs to be shared. I scheduled a paternity testing appointment on December 24, 2025, and as of March 3, I still have not received the original copy of the results. Over the past months, we have been given multiple excuses for the delay, yet there has been no follow-up, no transparency, and no accountability. Very efficient, paid at appointment site, even got a 25$ discount for my paternity test
this is review is for Brandon. He went above and beyond to help me through the process. the paperwork had a mistake and Brandon was available via text to help. He made the already stressful process so much easier. Brandon should be promoted because the customer service he provided you can not find ever. Thanks!
Brandon and Breonna should be awarded for what they're doing for people during a most difficult time. Choice DNA has been the most amazing company..I have never met anyone besides myself that goes above and beyond to help, like Allison has done..I been using this company throughout the years getting my fingerprints done through DCS as a foster parent..but when I called about paternity, I had so many questions about how it could be done if the mother and child are out the state.
