This was my favorite dental office I had ever been to. Called to make an appointment for cleaning, exam, and x rays. She quoted me $450 per person! Have to find a new office as that is just not affordable :( That sort of pricing makes no sense.
I have visited this clinic several times, and unfortunately my experience has been very mixed. On the one hand, I would like to highlight Dr. Roman — he is very professional, attentive, and careful. The rest of the staff also seems polite and pleasant. However, the overall impression is completely ruined by the receptionist, Nelly. Interacting with her leaves a very negative feeling: she is always in a bad mood, irritated, and speaks to patients in a raised, unfriendly tone. Broke a tooth the other day! Called Choice dental and they said I could come at the end of the day and they would see what they could do. Dr Roman gave me 4 options and I choose to get it filled right away. Thanks Choice Dental for the great service!
