I m glad Dr Chai took over the business. They upgraded the entire facility. The staff is professional and friendly and the dentists know what they are doing. One digestion: the receptionist talks loudly over the phone. It is a quiet office, no need to turn up the volume. And she used speaker, we could hear the entire conversation. No patient privacy. Please use a headset or ear buds.
