The waiting room is very clean. The receptionist is very polite and helpful . Dr. Zhong possesses great professional expertise and provided me with excellent advice. The service from the reception and all the staff was also outstanding—thank you very much!

I m glad Dr Chai took over the business. They upgraded the entire facility. The staff is professional and friendly and the dentists know what they are doing. One digestion: the receptionist talks loudly over the phone. It is a quiet office, no need to turn up the volume. And she used speaker, we could hear the entire conversation. No patient privacy. Please use a headset or ear buds.
