The clinic is very clean. The reception staff is very pleasant and friendly. All doctors and assistants are professionals in their field. Thank you for your work!
I highly recommend Choice Dental Center in San Gabriel and Chinatown. My previous dentist changed business practices, so I recently decided to switch to Choice Dental and saw Dr. Aaron Chung. The lobby and examination room were all very clean, and the front desk promptly checked me in and processed my insurance. This place is the pits. It reeks, and I'm not just talking about the smell. My appointment was at 12, and I got there 10 minutes early, but I still had to wait an hour to be called. And to top it off, I found out my appointment time was shared with multiple people. Don't the people who scheduled my appointment know I'm always on time? It's like they're competing in some kind of 'who can be the most late' contest. Needless to say, this place is a total disaster. Avoid it like the plague.
