Theodore was fantastic! I had my carpets cleaned because with kids around, they were looking dirty. Now my carpets look completely new! I was given helpful tips on the best cleaning products to use. He even cleaned my living room rug at no extra charge! I had tried using a rug doctor before, but after seeing how well the professional cleaning worked, I realized the rug doctor just doesn't get the stains out. I won’t waste money on that again. We bought a house in Dallas and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in our furniture. I spoke to Angel at Choice Dallas Carpet Cleaning, who was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions. Leonard and Dale arrived right on time as scheduled. they were really friendly, polite, and did a great job cleaning. we had family coming to visit and our carpets needed a good cleaning, so we contacted choice dallas carpet cleaning after seeing their great reviews. theodore was friendly, professional, and clearly knew a lot about carpet cleaning. we wish we had discovered this service sooner—our carpets looked fantastic after the cleaning process. even the tough stains we thought would never come out were completely gone, and the carpet dried fast. everything looked so much better. theodore was also very kind to our dog. highly recommend!

Zachary did an amazing job! I am so impressed with how clean our carpets look now. Our carpets are very light-colored and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, especially in the high traffic spots, which were pretty dirty. When I called to schedule the carpet cleaning, Zachary gave me a quote, and I was surprised that the price stayed the same even after he saw the carpets in person. I honestly can't say enough about what a great job Leonard did cleaning our wall-to-wall carpet. We moved into our home in Dallas a while ago, and unfortunately, our very light-colored carpet had plenty of spots and stains. Leonard made the carpet look even better than it did before we moved in. He was friendly, worked quickly, and his prices were very reasonable. He also let us know that he can help with restoration for our hardwood floors, which we really appreciate. Leonard is skilled and very helpful. Highly recommend!
