I would give a 0 star if I possibly could. This place is a SCAM. Ms. Payne is here for the money. Her and Ms. Lathem are 100% UN-professional. They are non- communicative, I have left numerous emails, text, and voicemails to receive the result of my evaluation. Only to be given a copy of it from my PO. Telling me I need 6-12 sessions of counseling. This was my first offense. Other than that I have been responsible with alcohol. Ms Rebecca is only in it for your money. Please avoid going to this place. She charged my card twice and when I told her about her mistake she said she would refund my money. I told her she could use it for next class and she said she would refund. So I ask her about it this morning and she was so rude toward me and told me to stop texting her phone. You can tell how uninterested Ms. Rebecca was about your life story. Sharing your life experience with her is equivalent to talking to your own hand. The only thing she cares about is “ what form of payment will you be using today” which is also the very first thing she says to you when she sees you.

The first question that was asked by Rebecca when I met her was “How will you be paying?” Following that, during the evaluation she would try to twist the answers I would give her to fit her narrative or she would simply not pay attention during the “evaluation”. She’s very deceptive. She’ll be very nice when you schedule an appointment and once she receives payment she just tries to manipulate you, so you have to get un-needed treatment.
