After we found water in our basement, we called for carpet cleaning and water damage help based on a friend's recommendation. Derek came out the same day to inspect the wet carpet, explain the cleaning process, and give helpful recommendations. The waterlogged section was treated quickly, the old pad was replaced, and the carpet was thoroughly sanitized, deodorized, and cleaned. Choice Cornelius Carpet Cleaning really came through for us. Derek made room for a fast turnaround when we needed our area rugs deep cleaned before moving into a new home in Cornelius. The rugs were picked up right away from our old place and delivered back to the new house before the furniture arrived.
