Derek and the team at Choice Cornelius Carpet Cleaning did a great job drying and cleaning my master bedroom carpet after water from the bathroom kept leaking onto it. They came out the same day with professional equipment, and they were clear and flexible about pricing, which made the whole carpet cleaning and drying process easy to trust. i felt comfortable working with derek because he was polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. They treated the carpet with enzyme cleaner and left air movers and a dehumidifier for a few da... read more

My tenants had the carpets cleaned by another service, but after the inspection they still looked dull, spotted, and far from fresh. When the crew came out to clean the tile and grout, they also pointed out that the carpet fibers could be improved with a deeper professional carpet cleaning. I appreciated their honesty because I had been thinking the carpet was just getting too old, especially with normal household traffic and buildup. I asked Marvin and Derek to do their best, and the results were amazing. Even though the ca... read more

i had a really great carpet cleaning experience. A friend suggested the service after having their own rug cleaned, and i’m glad i called. I explained the condition of the carpet and the pickup process was arranged quickly and smoothly. Within a short time, roger and the team came out, collected the rug, and clearly explained the cleaning quote with no confusion. The whole process was easy from start to finish. They worked around my schedule for delivery, and the carpet came back fresh, spotless, and neatly wrapped for prote... read more

Choice Cornelius Carpet Cleaning was excellent in so many ways. The main thing is that the final carpet cleaning result was even better than I expected. I thought the carpet would turn out very good, but it honestly looked outstanding. They handled a heavily damaged area where water had come in after clogged gutters caused a leak, and I was sure I would end up needing carpet replacement. Instead, after their deep cleaning and stain treatment, the carpet looked almost like new again. That saved me from having to install new c... read more

By far the best carpet cleaning service i have used in my home. The carpets came out amazingly clean all through the house, and the high traffic areas looked much brighter after a careful pre-treatment for the heavy soil. roger took the time to explain the cleaning process before starting, and everything was handled in a very professional way from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The difference between the original condition and the finished carpet was impressive,... read more
