We were referred to Choice Connections by the case manager at my mother's primary care office. They immediately directed and connected us to wonderful facilities that were licensed to provide the levels of care that would meet the distinct needs of both our parents. These ladies were instrumental in finding the perfect place where our father and mother can be together and receive the care they need. Their continued support and follow up were a life saver for all of us. These ladies are amazing.

Before I was referred to Choice Connections, I had been searching for an apartment for an elderly friend of mine for over 3 months. So happy I found my way to these advisors.. I am moving my mother to a senior living facility where I wanted memory care apartments on site (continuum of care) but was going down a google rabbit-hole where every site seemed to lead to forms to fill out and not a lot of specific info. An advisor named Melonie listened to my needs (and was even google mapping distances while we spoke) and within a day had a really perfect suggestion and 4-5 others she thought I should look at.
