Useless and disorganized, I specifically stated what I was looking for and after weeks of waiting to meet with a specialist, I got scheduled to meet with the wrong specialist. Providers also arrive 10-15 minutes late to a virtual meeting, and everything about their clinic is so disorganized and unclear. Don't bother meeting with them.
My spouse has been receiving virtual therapy and psychiatric medication management services from Choice for about two years now. On the therapy side, Nicole Martin is wonderful. She always listens, empathizes with the client, is attentive to requests and updates outside regular appointment times, and is just a terrific person to work with. Maybe use your brain for something other than sending invoices, or ask your useless office manager Jenna. Ask them which patient called several times in a short period, obviously upset, ask them which one asked to speak to you specifically Taylor Cole. Still haven't heard from any of you by the way. Do everyone a favor, leave this industry. You are everything that is wrong with it. "An" aspect? Zero notice to the patients when one of your providers quit the practice.
