DO NOT, DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY It’s been 4 weeks since they said they would come and clean the parts they missed and I’m still waiting…. 4 weeks! 4 weeks! How do you stay in business??? Prob the worse service I have every received from a carpet place!! 2 8X10 rugs and they charged me over 300 dollars and didn’t do a good job!! They said they would come to fix the next day, then the next week, then they ignored me. OUTSTANDING COMPANY!! First, the ladies who scheduled our service were very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating! The crew that cleaned our sofa, chair, area rugs and hallway carpet were very professional, kind and thorough. The cleaning of our furniture is better than expected. Highly recommend and look forward to working with Choice Carpet Cleaning Services again.
Jeff from Choice Carpet Cleaning Services showed up on time and was very polite, respectful, and was mindful of Covid precautions. He did a great job in cleaning our carpeting and area rug. Everything looks brand new. If you are looking for your carpeting to be cleaned, I highly recommend their services!
The carpets truly needed some cleaning. Choice Carpet Cleaning Services arrived on time and were very professional - friendly and personable - the carpets had some stains from make-up, I was totally amazed that these old stains came out - the carpets look really new. I'll be sure to spread the word to my family and friends that Choice Carpet Cleaning Services is the best! These gentlemen completed the 4 rooms in about 45 minutes! Outstanding!
Increadable services and am veru satisfied.The dirt removed from the carpets was unbelievable. They also cleaned my tile floors and it got all the dirt out of the grout. Excellent job.
