I have a comment about the artwork at the Las Colinas office. I am wondering why that artwork was chosen for a doctor’s office. The paintings are definitely not cheerful or uplifting, subject matter/colors; are those crosses? Do the paintings represent a cemetery? What a wonderful theme for the people visiting this establishment with serious medical problems. I’m not suggesting you put dancing clowns on the walls but surely something more appropriate could be found?
the phone service sucks, and I am being kind! the have been left on hold for over 20 minutes 2x today. Hung up on once! This service is unacceptable! this is not the first time I have been treated so poorly! A few months ago I was told to have a seat in the lobby after over one hour ask what was taking so long? I was then informed that my appointment was actually the next day! and then the receptionist told me it was my fault! If I was wrong...why did it require over an hour for someone to realize it? La doctora es una gran profesionista, muy amable y con un trato de gran respeto y compacion por sus pacientes. En mis cinco anos de paciente con ella, siempre he tenido muy buen trato, con ella, con sus asistentes, con el nurse del laboratory, con las muchachas del front desk, con todos , y sobretodo con la doctora Pinnapugerry mi Oncologist.
