I’ve had a very bad experience at this location—not just once, but multiple times. Today was especially frustrating. The front desk gave us an appointment, but when we arrived, the nurse told us the treatment couldn’t be done because the doctor wasn’t available. Why schedule appointments if the doctor (Dr. Sharma) is not there? This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable. It takes an ACT of GOD to get admin. to accomplish ANYTHING! From start (making an appointment / insurance / communication) to finish (paying a $5 bill) it was a very unprofessional & unpleasant experience. I will however say the gentleman who did the scan was the only good that came from this experience. If we didn't have to go here we wouldn't have.
It has been a great experience having Dr. Sharma and The CenterTx at the Los Colinas location managing my care. I drive two hours to remain in care. That says a lot. Thanks for all you do!
How long does it take to get a call back for an appointment?? I left a vm and My doctor sent a referral and 2 weeks still no call back ? Red flag if anyone knows where else can I go I just need help sick of being sick
