RecommendedWhat a great experience from start to finish. My son had a specific budget for a car based on how much he had saved and was looking to pay cash. The car he wanted and the price we agreed upon still left him a little short. The guys here allowed him to come up weekly to pay off the remaining balance. They really cared and were emotionality invested in his accomplishment paying cash for his first car. That meant the world to us and we will be regular customers of Choice Auto. Thank you again Cory, Lenny and Ray.
Customer service and getting warranty work done in a timely manor! It took 7 months to get my vehicle out of garage. Very disappointed! I recommend not getting the warranty and just pay out of pocket if possible.
The sales man was great and made the process easy HOWEVER the engine was bad and the warranty doesn't want to cover it without my daughter paying first for a $2000.00 diagnostic. Yes, that's $2000 for them to determine IF they will cover the broken motor.
Bought my second vehicle from Choice! Traded in my previous was given a great trade in price and purchased a Rav4. The car was so clean and met all my needs. I got the extra maintenance warranty on the vehicle was in and out with paperwork so quick! Highly recommended
