Bought a mini cooper through Choice Auto Brokers. Through the info on CarFax, I made an offer by calling the dealer. They accepted my offer. I was was told it was in excellent condition and had been checked out by their shop. It was shipped to me fairly quickly. However, it was delivered to me "filthy" on the outside with an empty gas tank. It showed 16 miles remaining before needing to fill up. Once fueled, I checked it out mechanically. Here is a story about a car purchase from Renauto- Choice Auto Brokers. From my perspective, of course, this is a true story to the best of my recollection. Some might consider it a nightmare. It was a pain that endured and became at the end just a joke. I now consider it a lesson of life and in dealing with people of varying degrees of honesty and dishonesty. We emailed a few inquiries requesting information about one of their cars. We also sent the same inquiry to a few other dealers. All other dealers responded to us, except Choice Auto Brokers! Also, compared to the other dealer prices for the same vehicle, their prices are very inflated! They have extremely poor customer service! Naturally, we won't be purchasing a vehicle from them! Poor service and inflated pricing! A Poor combination!

Kudos to Kieth, John Luc, and Maria whom in fact made our purchase, of a very expensive import, an easy transaction. I was out of the country at the time and the vehicle was on Car Guru's via Choice Auto Brokers. After speaking with Keith and viewing all 64 photo's of the car, I decided to purchase without physically seeing the car. That's how much trust I had in Kieth and his operation.
