Choice Air was used for our home inspection when purchasing our new home. During closing, we requested this work to be done as part of closing. After closing, the title company issued a check for the said work to be completed. They picked up the check but to this day, 4 months later, have not completed the work. Ignoring calls from us, our realtor and title company. Very unprofessional and unethical business practice.

Tyler was very efficient, and the price was right. He came out and repaired all of the issues that were on the home inspection from the house we had just bought. A couple weeks later, something wasn’t working right, and he came out again right away and fixed it. He didn’t even charge us because he had just been out and he wasn’t sure if perhaps he missed something. The furnace was working great! The absolute worst customer service that I have experienced. I called this vendor to attempt to get my furnace a scheduled appointment as it was not functioning. The owner requested that I email him information and he would get back to me to schedule a time. I did not hear back so I scheduled my services with someone else. This morning, I received a call from the owner that the technician was running late and would be there soon.
