Had a wonderful experience with Chris today! He came over to check out the A/C on my new home today and he helped give me a lot of ease to my anxiety that I was about to have a big bill to add on to my new home purchase. He walked me though some ways to check the unit myself to make sure it was working, and he pointed out a simple fix that may have solved my problem with little hassle. He was incredibly kind and patient with me and I'd use him going forward with any future HVAC services needed.

My air had been out a little over two weeks. I called Chris and came out the same day. He was very professional and wasn't looking to make up a problem for extra money. He came out at 9pm had my air conditioning back running by 9:20pm. Know what he is doing and will explain what caused the problem. Highly recommend Thanks again Chris!

I purchased a multi-year maintenance package under the assurance that it would not expire. However, the company has since become unresponsive, and I’ve received no support despite repeated attempts to follow up. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Chris came out just 2 hours after my initial service request(This was around 8PM btw). Truly appreciate his thoroughness in the work he performs as well as his sense of urgency.
