My had been out a little over two weeks. I called Chris and came out the same day. He was very professional and wasn't looking to make up a problem for extra money. He came out at 9pm had my air conditioning back running by 9:20pm. Know what he is doing and will explain what caused the problem. Highly recommend 💯 Thanks again Chris!
Chris is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and call him whenever you have AC issues. He was prompt, professional, honest, and did an amazing job for us. I can’t say enough about how impressed we were.
We had an amazing experience with Choice Air today fixing the AC unit for our elderly neighbor. Same day service. Incredible for a Holiday Weekend. The technician, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to locate and fix the short within 30 minutes. Will definitely be using Choice Air for future HVAC needs. Do not use Choice Air Care. They don't know how to run a business. 6 years ago, for a couple years, I had great experience. But ever since Chip left, the business has gone downhill. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read on for details... You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Their voicemail box is full, so you can't leave a message. It gives you the option of sending someone an SMS, which doesn't work.
