First year with the company things went pretty good. This past year I found the owner Heather fairly confrontational in emails, threatening to return the camper when asking about payments and or information. Payments were a Month behind. Zero transparency with locations this time or anything. Do not recommend. Damages upon return.
Paid $5900 for 4 nights at seven stars. We left 1 night early since our neighbors played loud music under the camper. Never got to take a shower since it barely had any water in it. The camper was just for me and my bf. I won’t rent again for what we paid. Should have just went to a hotel with hot showers.
It was our first time renting our camper. I was a little leery being I didnt know anything about the company and I also had not rented the camper before. Everyone I dealt with in the company has been extremely helpful and kind. The response time to any of my emails to them has been very quick, even if the response was something they had to find the answer to. The drop off and pick up was easy. Again, everyone was very nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend them and I look forward to working with Choice 1 again!
Our group rented a 6 person RV in the Full Monde VIP campgrounds this past weekend for the Phish festival. We had a considerable number of issues that negatively impacted our experience. A short summary includes: • All the RVs in our row and the next row were the same, 2023-2024 Aspen Trail LEs, with clean new interiors, beds, and things that worked.
