Ray came over and fixed some flashing on the side of our house, and did an inspection of the state of the rest of our roof. He offered multiple options for our fix, and explained the benefits/cons to each one; he is extremely honest and not one of those roofing companies that just wants you to get an entire new roof if it's not yet necessary. Ray, Alex, and their crew installed a new roof, removed our old insulation, and re-insulated our attic. They installed a cat walk to get through the attic without walking through the new insulation, and put a floor on our storage space up there. They noticed our bathroom fans were venting straight into the attic, so they vented them out of the roof. Ray was very professional during the inspection of our skylights, very respectful and gave us his full attention and time. He gave us a good deal on replacing 2 of them 🙌🏽 the finished product came out flawless! I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family!
