They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Youl Choi was very thorough and informative. If you're looking for a new OBGYN I recommend you go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

The office was easy enough to find. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
