I would like to caution about having lab work done at Dr Choi's office. Last week I received a bill from a third party lab on the East coast for lab work I had done in 2/2024, a year and a half ago. I called the office and was told I would have to deal with this third party lab. I have always been billed through the Dr office when I've had lab work done in a office. I called the lab and they blamed the office. Basically pointing fingers at each other with no accountability. Wasting my time after a year and a half. So frustra... read more

Dr. Choi takes the time to explain the diagnosis and the procedure to treat it. He is also very easy to talk to. The office staff were all very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Choi

I saw this guy in August of 2023 and his meeting with me was him giving me the stink eye when I asked a question . He has no personal interaction qualities at all. He spoke to me as if I were inferior and shouldn’t even open my mouth to question or comment on his superiority. To top it off he charged me, took a urine sample, never reported a result and now as of yesterday is soliciting me via email to use him for penile curvature problems and ED. First Consultation with Dr. Choi, he was extremely informative, great bedside manner. He elaborated on my condition and we are going to try some medication before any procedure as that may help. I’m a retired Orthodontist and was impressed with the very polite staff and how promptly I was seen. Dr. M. Patel

Upon arrival I was directed to take a urine sample. I declined. I did not need a urine sample for the reason why I went there. Dr. Choi himself came out yelling, “you need to do it”. What a joke. I still declined to his face. He hates people who challenge his authority. I pay the doctor (my insurance.) so I tell him what I want. My insurance does not need to pay for tests that are not relevant. That’s how they get you. I chose a different doctor with better people skills.
