The owner is stuck up and shows open contempt for her customers. She lets food and banchan sit for forever (according to our poor waitress). She also overcharged for the combos. Karma obviously got to her as they are deservedly shutting down soon. Good riddance!
The food was good, but the service was virtually nonexistent. The waitress seemed to know nothing about customer service beyond delivering the food and bringing the bill. We were planning to leave a tip even though we hadn’t received any real service. However, when the waitress said, “If you don’t want to tip us, that’s okay,” we were completely taken aback by her comment. Despite that, we still left a tip. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit to this restaurant. Good luck.
Not a honest business with price, paid higher price than shows in the menue, about 20% more from the listed prices. Waitress explained that the menue is not yet updated. Not feeling comfortable with this kind of business. Definitely will not going back. My fish is dark & burn, if I know how much they will charge me, I might ask them to make me a new one.
Extremely slow service(EXTREMLY ) and the water they serve is tap and nasty 🤢
