Absolutely horrible service and completely unprofessional staff and management/owner. There were a total of 8 tables and you’d think the whole restaurant was packed considering the lack of refills and the time it took us to get our food/check. No one would process our payment and we had to leave so we flagged down the owner/manager. We asked if he could process payment since we needed to go and we had been waiting for 20 minutes. This place is ridiculous. About 5 tables were filled in the whole place, and it took 2 hours for food, and then they didn't bring all of it. We left. Never going back again. Don't waste your time on this place. It will close soon. Poor service, just RIDICULOUS
Good food, wonderful owner! Variety of options. The workers are very friendly and hard-working.
Service was TERRIBLE! We waited least 45 minutes for the 3 sushi rolls we ordered. When we finally got our food, the rolls were tiny. I've had better sushi from Kroger. Would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I liked the atmosphere much better than the food. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I had the egg drop soup and the consistency seemed like it may have been reheated. The Neptune treasure needed some seasonings on the seafood but the gravy was good. The redeeming factor in my meal the the strawberry ice cream. I absolutely loved it. The service was great and they made me feel like they valued my business. All in all I'd go again. Just not often.
Always delicious ! Love the tuna tartare appetizer ❣️ The sushi is always so fresh !
