As a pet owner, they have been with us during all the happy, scared, hysterical and saddest times, and have always taken time to listen. Called them at 7AM the other morning to help me with a kitten I found on my deck that desperately needed antibiotics and milk. It couldn’t see because it was so sick and the receptionist had the nerve to tell me “they didn’t take strays”. Who in their right mind would turn away a paying customer? Thankfully, my Aunt offered to help and took it to another vet. Other than that, this vet office has been good but I don’t agree with how the receptionist handled my call.
