This is mostly chocolate truffles, candies and gelato. However, I had a piece of raspberry buttercream chocolate cake that was one of the best cakes I’ve ever eaten- beautifully moist and not too sweet. Delish!

Best chocolate in town. Visited a couple of other places like the Chocolate Lounge and Chocolate Fetish and the quality is way better at the Gem!
Best Caramel's in town! The new owners and staff are down to earth which enhances the delectability of the chocolate and The experience of coming in to the store.
