Good location. Managers are ok, better than previous from looking at posts here. Have been living here for 2 years, no problems.

Do not buy or rent here. It is the worst in downtown. To throw garbage or access parking, you have to go through bunch of old, very heavy doors. These are not automatic doors, very hard to push through if you have to carry something. Also water looks like having a lot of impurity. Heating are old electric baseboards. The only good thing, is that they have airconditioning, that is why my review has 1 star. I can tell that the condo board has never cared about their residences
