I got 4 kids been with them since 2009 first born to my last born 2023. Love this place friendly and their allways so nice to everyone doctors are great
DO NOT COME HERE. Their staff is incompetent. This is supposed to be a pediatric office and they can’t do a simple Catheter on a 7 year old child. Shaking hands and making your kiddo bleed... Not only that; they will call Child Protective Services (CPS) on you, without asking you any questions. Making their own assumptions. This place is garbage. A real Clown show. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE.
I called to schedule my baby’s appointment and they didn’t want to schedule because her insurance was changed to CalOptima direct, however, I had called caloptima to change it to choc. I received her new insurance showing choc and they still didn’t schedule her appointment due to her supposedly still having direct. I will call caloptima to change her insurance back to caloptima due to scheduler being so rude.
