I just got off the phone with the person who handles the appointment center and they were unaccomadating and unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment to see a doctor because I know the care I am requiring does not require a hospital visit. Instead she offered a recommendation of where I can seek assistance elsewhere. I told her that I did not need assistance any more and she just sighed and said "I'll just set you up for an appointment". The front desk staff and doctor was great! This place is very clean and nice and staff is friendly. Had a good experience Just 1 thing, the doctor was lil late than expected time of appointment, maybe she was busy , except that, everything was great. Plenty of parking and good people.
Had an appointment at 12:45, got there at 12:30 since they asked to get there 15 min early to complete paper work. When I got there, the building was locked because lunch is from 12-12:30, which is fine, but it would’ve been nice to receive notice. The receptionists didn’t open the door until 12:40 & it seemed more like an annoyance. The person who opened the door rolled her eyes at me, and the rest looked at me as if I had ruined their lunch. Staff is friendly here the problem is the communication between the system and the way they interpret rules and loops they choose to use, this place is a great place for children but also could be a potential harm to children due to the fact that it is so easy for miscommunication and information that could lead to potential malpractice on their end due to medicating, over medicating a child or wrongfully diagnosing a child leaving them at a potential risk of being an experiment and being treated for the wrong thing, I under... read more
