I live in Plantation South. My front porch cement slab was separated from the front door threshold. Andrey, his crew worked very hard and fixed the sagging isswhere when it rained, water drained toward the front door, seeping underneath and causing the entire lintel to rot out. Chobey Builders tore it apart, put in all new supports that should have been there in the first place. Chobey builders provided an excellent experience for us. Andre (owner) was onsite most days, and he immediately took care of any questions or concerns we had. In addition to the professionalism and expertise, they were able to work with us and help us to get it within our budget. We had other quotes which were lower from less reputable companies, and Chobey builders was able to get very close to the lowest quote. I highly recommend Chobey builders!
