Here’s a review in your voice: Tim and Zach did an excellent job. They arrived on time, which is very important to me because I hate sitting around waiting. They were both very nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They installed my chandelier, replaced a ceiling fan, and installed two dimmer switches. I’m very pleased with the work. Being a Choate’s Family Plan member also helped because I received a very good discount. I would definitely recommend Tim and Zach.

I had a great experience with Casey today. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure. He thoroughly evaluated my home's HVAC needs, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the recommendations and financing options available. Excellent Service! The service from Gabriel Alcazar was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I understood the process every step of the way. Afternoon all...I just wanted to reach out to the managers @ Choates Air Conditioning/Heat, Inc. to share my experience today with everyone. I am a FAM PLan Member for years, and today with the scorching temperature reaching above 99 degrees plus outside...I had to have the capacitor replaced on my air conditioning unit. Choate's provides the best customer service of any local-based company I've seen. As a homeowner, I've worked with a lot of different companies and services, and Choate's by far impresses me every time I interact with them. Everyone on staff is professional, reliable and communicates effectively.
