Choates customer service policies do not measure up to their policy of excellent service. I have called three times. Each time the customer service rep asked me to repeat what the problem was. I asked for call back using a different number, which was not noted. I was told the manager called but I have no record on either phone. Choates, you need to walk the the talk. Extremely disappointing and for such an expensive company. I even have the fam plan and plumbing plan.
My tec Mr. Brown stayed at my home for hours making sure we had heat when below 20 degrees very good job will stay with Choates!
Highly recommend. Quality work at fair price. Friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to explain problem and possible solutions. Will use again for all plumbing issues.
The tech was very courteous and professional. He took time to explain every step of his diagnosis.
