The day I emailed about extending the gas line for a generator or grill, the office called me and Casey was out to the house. He initially quoted the dimensions I wanted and then offered me an better option and for less. In less than a week, James was out to the house and installed the line with clean work. He also stopped to help my wife dig the gate out of the ice. The follow up was scheduled by the amazing office that day. 5/5, flawless execution

Thomas Chism is an excellent electrician. He installed a ceiling fan and outlets behind my TV. You can’t tell any work has been completed in my home today. You can tell Thomas is very knowledgeable about his craft. And most importantly, he loves what he does and that is shown in his work. The world needs more people like Thomas. Keep up the good work! Kevin provided excellent service when he came to discuss purchasing of a generator. He was very knowledgeable and shared information we were not aware of.. We would highly recommend his services. We were also thrilled he works for Choates and we have been doing business with them many years and have always been very pleased with their service.

Our family and I had a sudden power outage and in our time of need, Thomas assisted us as soon as he could. Very detailed work ethic and we had electricity back on that morning. He was very informative on where we needed to be aware of maintenance wise. Would recommend him in the future! Definitely need to look into the FAM plan
