Kevin provided excellent service when he came to discuss purchasing of a generator. He was very knowledgeable and shared information we were not aware of.. We would highly recommend his services. We were also thrilled he works for Choates and we have been doing business with them many years and have always been very pleased with their service.

Well, I called them about 12 o’clock Sunday afternoon and they arrived about 630 that evening. He had to go and get some parts but he came back and fixed it real quick but after he left it busted again but he came right back re-repaired it and we turned the water back on make sure it held and he waited there. He didn’t leave till 11:00 PM, but the job was complete and he finally left. I was happy. I was able to take a shower again after two days.

Our family and I had a sudden power outage and in our time of need, Thomas assisted us as soon as he could. Very detailed work ethic and we had electricity back on that morning. He was very informative on where we needed to be aware of maintenance wise. Would recommend him in the future! Definitely need to look into the FAM plan

All 3 technicians were very professional. Had outdoor plumbing problem. Got quick response & service in morning (Ashley), Follow up in afternoon (Tucker), and repair on Monday (Brandon & Timothy). Most highly recommend Choates--they have superb technicians who know what they're doing!
