The entire professionalism from Brandon Hubbard and his crew was more than immaculate. The attention to detail with the replacement parts and repairs were perfect and made sure I was aware of things that can potentially become hazardous over time. Very reliable, courteous, and stoic. I’m grateful y’all sent him my way in the time of need.

Daven went above and beyond to do my service today. He had to move a few things in my garage to get access to my pull down stairs. He said it was all in a days work to get my service done. Most people and or companies would not have done that they would have wanted to re schedule. He was very professional and kind. Explained in much detail the things that need attention to keep my unit working at peak performance. Choates is blessed to have a man working for them with such integrity. Job well done young man.

I had a Honeywell Generac stand alone generator installed by Thomas Chism recently. He and the other workers did a phenomenal job!! I was VERY SATISFIED with the work and the product install. They were very professional and informative. It was a great experience. There was a part that they didn’t have on install day, that Thomas came back and installed on today. My family and I are very satisfied with the service provided and the professionalism of the crew.

Tucker was reliably on time and very knowledgeable of our need for repair of the water meter line. Afterwards he clearly described what the issue was and the repair he completed. He was efficient and very customer oriented! Would ask for him and /or Choate’s Plumbing in the future

This company consistently over charges the service and part over the years we had them Install our hvac 2018 and use their Fam Plan I refused their proposal For instance 5/2026 Ok
