Do not recommend at all! My mother has been dealing with them for the past few years trying to get them to fix everything they have done. Originally had a new unit and vents installed. Shortly after install, noticed there was low airflow coming from the vents and condensation leaking from wall vents. Then when having the floors redone our contractor pointed out THE DUCTS WERE JUST LAYING ON THE GROUND AND SOME WERE HALF CONNECTED HANGING OFF! Called Choate’s about a tankless water heater descaling that the plumber who installed it did not want to do. I got Choate’s number from the manufacturer’s (Rinnai) website as a certified maintenance provider. Chris Allen came and did the work the morning I called. Did an excellent job. Great communicator! Price was as estimated! Super nice. I would trust Chris and Croat’s to do other work!

Edited Outstanding Service and Resolution from Choates I initially had several issues with my Carrier 2-stage AC unit — including noise, uneven temperature, and concerns about installation. However, Choates went above and beyond to make things right. After reaching out to the manager, all my concerns were addressed within a week. Mr. Baptist was very professional and promptly identified the issue with my unit - both inside and outside. He was neat, wearing shoe covers as he entered my home. When the defective part was identified, he carefully informed me of the part/price then with my approval, replaced the part and finally checked to ensure everything was working properly. Great service!
