⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Choate's Heating & Air. They did an excellent job repairing my HVAC system, and their pricing was very fair and reasonable. My technician, Andrew, was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the repair was completed correctly. I highly recommend Choate's Heating & Air to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality HVAC service. I will definitely use them again in the future!

The entire professionalism from Brandon Hubbard and his crew was more than immaculate. The attention to detail with the replacement parts and repairs were perfect and made sure I was aware of things that can potentially become hazardous over time. Very reliable, courteous, and stoic. I’m grateful y’all sent him my way in the time of need.

This review and the rating is specifically for Jervarious Lewis who took the time to make things right and to restore my faith in Choates. Thank you so much for sitting down- right in the midst of the job- listening to me and walking me through my concerns. After he left I understood better what had been done to service my systems. Honestly, over the many years I’ve patronized Choates, I haven’t always been a satisfied customer.. Confusion as to what had been done and when made my perception worse. Lack of clarity over the ... read more

Choate’s team has been absolutely the BEST. I had HVAC installed 2yrs go. Also, got there Family Plan. I want to comment on all the service team members who came out. Anthony T., Ariel T., Leungelus R., Shaquille B., Robert N., Terence P., Timothy P., Patrick B., Cordell B., & Kevin C. Good job guys. Thank you so much for the kindness, easy commu... read more

Choates charges a fee to visit. It is supposed to be waived if you hire them to complete work. They diagnosed my 1 bdrm condo with a $15-17k hvac that would take 12 weeks to custom build. They told me a mini split would be even more. Another local company installed an identical hvac for $7k quickly. I requested a refund but Choates refused. If they don’t want to bother with a job they can make up some ridiculous number and they already have $150 for their visit. Rip off. They do have friendly staff. It’s the no refund polic... read more
