I had high hopes for this Carrier 2-stage AC unit based on the promises made during the sales process — quiet operation, even temperature distribution, and efficient cooling. Our air conditioner stopped cooling and they were able to come out the next day. Cama’ron was very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem. He was able to get us cooling again within an hour, we are sure thankful for that. Highly recommend.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon Hall from Choate's and we couldn't be more impressed with the level of service we received. From the moment he arrived, the technician was professional, and courteous. Our fan broke on our unit and I was frustrated being summer is not over. Ashley was super helpful, extremely nice. Understood our issues and understood our urgency to get the issue resolved. Would highly recommend her for any plumbing issues. As always she ( and all the technicians) treated my house with respect, cleaned up, and answered any questions.

Brandon arrived at 12:30. He was personable, professional and informative. He got my AC up and running within an hour and a half and explained every step he was taking and why it was necessary. Wonderful job with a more than fair price. Choates and Brandon Hall are simply the BEST!!!
