The Service Technician was very professional. He arrived on time and didn't hesitate to start his task. He made sure I knew what he was here to do, before he started. Once job was complete, he asked if I had any questions. Great job, young man!

Patrick fixed our air conditioner today. He is such a nice guy, plus very informative and knowledgeable about the job. He explained everything so that we could understand it. I just wish that we could have given him a 6 star rating! Would recommend them to anyone and thank you! It’s a lot cooler tonight!

Our tech Mark Ingram was very professional and helpful. Our overall experience with Choates is always pleasant. We typically can get service within the next day from our request and the communication about arrival, quotes, options, etc is excellent!

Joshua did a great evaluating our problem. Very respectful and courteous. He went the extra mile in finding exactly what our problem was. As well as explaining it in layman’s terms. He also explained the current maintenance plans that you have available. In my opinion, he is a very good worker. As well as a good guy.
