Excellent, professional work Very impressed with the work performed by Robert Choate Tree Service. I had a huge tree taken down recently, very close to the house, and had several other large trees trimmed. Mr. Choate returned my call the same day and followed up with a very reasonable estimate within 48 hours. He was prompt and professional, and systematically took our huge tree down and had it all cleaned up within 3.5 hrs, It was interesting how he used ropes to slowly lower the largest branches to the ground. Not happy Very unprofessional. The business never answers the phone (which is understandable for this profession), and when you leave a message you will be --lucky-- if you get a return call with a few days.
Robert A Choate Robert A Choate Tree Surgeon is a very professional company that tried to save our tree. They had to remove the tree but we were very happy with their services.
