While the service itself was friendly and Super Fast (5 stars), his knowledge of problem and how to fix (also 5 stars) ... we were charged $185 + tax for a part that runs about $10 to $20 on every site we saw on the internet. Total bill for 15 - 30 minutes worth of work was almost $400. When we called to ask, we were told the part was the most expensive portion. But looking it up on line, cannot be correct OR he needs a new place to buy parts! Service call was $185 plus parts... Disappointed due to over charge for parts
