I barely know what kind of doctor he is. From the outset my experience with the business side of the practice has been deplorable. Poor communication, unreturned phone calls, misquoted wait times, excruciatingly long waits in the waiting room and one time over an hour in the examination room. The staff seems nice and specifically China and Rashad were helpful and engaging on one visit but my experience with this facility has been incredibly unpleasant.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Youngsoo Cho for many years, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely kind and attentive. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel heard and cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances professionalism and compassion so well. I’m very grateful to have him as my physician—highly recommended.

They don’t answer the phone ever and hang up on you after waiting in hold for 20 muinets instead of answering your call…unable to leave even a voicemail! Absolutely Horrible customer service! do not go here unless you want more heart problems! Or a heart attack from the stress they put you under to just make an appointment…seems they want their patients to die cause they sure don’t care about me or scheduling my follow up appointment 🥺

Went in for my echo with a technician doing the ultrasound. He was very friendly, explained everything and even gave me some interesting facts. You could tell he likes his job and knows what he’s doing. The sign of a healthy running practice is the staff it keeps. Thanks again!
