They don’t answer the phone ever and hang up on you after waiting in hold for 20 muinets instead of answering your call…unable to leave even a voicemail! Absolutely Horrible customer service! do not go here unless you want more heart problems! Or a heart attack from the stress they put you under to just make an appointment…seems they want their patients to die cause they sure don’t care about me or scheduling my follow up appointment 🥺
Dr. Cho has been kind, he listens and always has a good positive mindset.
Went in for my echo with a technician doing the ultrasound. He was very friendly, explained everything and even gave me some interesting facts. You could tell he likes his job and knows what he’s doing. The sign of a healthy running practice is the staff it keeps. Thanks again!
Horrible patient interface using Honor Health. To schedule an appointment is a half hour wait. If you expect a good patient Dr interface, look elsewhere.
One of the best M.D.'s that I have encountered in my 72 years. Knows his stuff and is very caring!
