Cho sushi is all about fusion, from the sushi bar to the kitchen we try to do things with more twist. Like our Garlic Albacore Tataki lightly seared with pineapple salsa finished off with garlic oil and yuzu. From our Kitchen we have Seared sea scallops top with caramelized miso and unagi sauce with a side of asparagus and crispy tofu. This is going to melt in your mouth.

Friendly staff. We enjoyed the appetizer and the mail course meals.

You would think they would be treated differently because they are so young but I was so happy to hear how you gave them the best service as if they were spending 1000$! Thank you for this!
