Cho sushi is all about fusion, from the sushi bar to the kitchen we try to do things with more twist. Like our Garlic Albacore Tataki lightly seared with pineapple salsa finished off with garlic oil and yuzu. From our Kitchen we have Seared sea scallops top with caramelized miso and unagi sauce with a side of asparagus and crispy tofu. This is going to melt in your mouth.

It was exceptional, especially the Lakeway roll. The sauces on it are great
Great sushi spot. The Hot Stone Wagyu is my favorite and their rolls and sushi are excellent. The fish is always fresh and the staff is always kind.
I highly recommend it, it is not a cheap restaurant but it is worth going on a romantic date or just with friends or family... ask the guys at the bar for something special and they will surprise you. I recommend going on Saturdays.
