Having a prior terrible experience with a dentist as a child, dentists are not my favourite people. Initially presenting at his office with pain and requiring further appointments, Dr. Cho took over my care and was excellent in explaining the reason for root canal. Convincing me it was a necessary procedure, what was going to be the time frame and the cost, I agreed. He was totally correct, very empathetic, and easy to talk to. Have been going to Dr. Cho's office for 20 years. Started with Dr. Raymond Cho and now that he has retired am with Dr. Jeffrey Cho. Have always had good experiences with both dental cleaning and dental work. Staff is very friendly.
Dr. Jeffrey Cho has been my dentist since 2003. For twelve of thos years the services he provided to me were funded by ODSP. From my initial appointment until the present time, he has always treated me with utmost respect and courtesy, has explained all procedures and treatment options patiently and has provided ongoing excellent care. In no way, have I ever experienced being treated as "less" or been mocked in any way because of my ODSP status. During November of 2017, I had a cavity beneath my crown on one of my molars. I had to get the crown removed, drill out the cavity , insert a temporary crown for the time being ...and a crown lengthening procedure to take place...before installing the permanent crown. OK sounds great right? but I am a person deathly afraid of dentists because of poor procedures and improper care done to me in the past.....I was full of fear and this was becoming a brick wall and the anxiety was building..... my lower lip quivers uncontrollab... read more
Dr. Cho and his team are absolutely amazing! My 9 yr old daughter had such anxiety when it came to the dentist; she unfortunately required a lot of dental work and Dr.Cho and his team have literally taken that fear away! She has had and continues to have work done and now it’s with ease she can get done what she needs! Couldn’t ask for better!
I'm a bit of a wimp, so even when I get my scheduled teeth cleaning, they use a topical numbing gel to make it very comfortable for me. The staff are excellent. I recently had to have a root canal and I feared it would hurt but it was quick and totally painless. Dr. Cho is a great dentist.
brought my five year old there after a bad dental experience, Dr. Cho made him comfortable and fixed his cavity with no complaints from my son. wonderful experience. would recommend to anyone.
Dr.Cho is an excellent dentist. His staff and assistants are very understanding and compassionate.
