typically not a long wait to see walk in doctor, staff are very nice
The receptionist don’t listen to the words that come out a persons mouth. She also has too much attitude whether in person or over the phone. Clearly qualified for a receptionist spot. Sad.
Most incompetent clinic I've ever been to. First we are told the Ultrasound report is here, not the bloodwork. After they looked more, it was confirmed both test reports were here. Upon arrival for an appointment with the doctor, we were again told the blood work isn't present, after payment was made. This clinics office staff is always unsure or unable to help. Multiple visits here, but this will be the final one. My dead grandmother could help us more then this.
On the website it says they are open on Sundays. Myself and others went there on a Sunday morning to find the office is always closed on a Sunday. Wasted money on Uber and time and energy. All this while being so sick. Change your website information please.
