This office is so great I highly recommend it Tran, Ingrid, and Kendall are all super awesome I appreciate them so much
The gentleman that works in the pharmacy has a rude demeanor. His tone is sarcastic for no reason and his word choice is very poor. “That’s no longer a pharmacy problem” is not a way to communicate anything helpful to a client. Maybe next time try, “I’m so sorry! Let’s get you to the right place, you’ll need to reach out to the clinic”
I had a deep dental cleaning at this office and had a wonderful experience. I don’t speak English very well, but Shawn (assistant), Solanyi (hygienist), and Dr. Nishino were all extremely patient, kind, and professional. They took their time with me and made sure I understood everything. We communicated using my phone translator, and they were very understanding and respectful the entire time.
