Very friendly, informative staff and visit. The staff took the time to explain and answer all my questions, as well as reassuring my son who was very nervous about his appointment. The office was very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend them!
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Chmura and the staff. My daughter has general anxiety and the care and patience they showed her was beyond my expectations. They did everything they could to make her feel comfortable and to ease her fears. I want to especially thank Emily. She was so kind and really was amazing . I feel blessed to have such a caring orthodontist to care for my children. 💗
Loved the staff and service! To this day, I'm still beyond thankful for my smile. Dr. Chmura actually had the same surgery as me done around the same time, and he was quick go share tips that he was finding useful! I still highly recommend him to people even living in Portage now! Very caring doctor and staff. My daughter was unsure going but once we got there it was like we knew them. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Not at all pushy regarding financing or to make you get something you don’t need.
