I took the Pro training and learned so much not only about their equipment but industry trends and more. Great trainers and a great team! Even beyond the classroom every time I work with them they are excellent.

If you want to buy a new system, they are responsive. If you want to maintain your new, very expensive Chlor-Kings (two total), no support, limited supply chain, promises not kept (Linda, the sales manager - flat out lied about sending supporting documentation to maintain the units). I imagine all the 5 star reviews on the company are just friends of theirs.
