Today I placed an order for my wife, thinking this was a place that could provide good customer service. I trusted this business, but when I contacted them to confirm the delivery time, the person working this morning didn’t give me a clear answer. They told me that unfortunately they didn’t have a set schedule and would probably just leave the arrangement at the door — in Texas, where temperatures are quite high! I ordered online flowers to be delivered.. while in fact they were delivered in a timely manner , the flowers received didn’t look anything like what I ordered. I sent a message on their website to discus the delivery and I did not receive a reply so I called l.. the lady who answered was extremely rude and wanted to argue you with me and cuss at me. While I own a local business myself and want to support local businesses this is one to avoid.

The flowers I ordered were beautiful! They were for a friend in the hospital, and she loved them! They gave her something pretty to look at, and helped her feel a little better! Thank you so much!

Ordered flowers for my mother, the first picture is what was advertised, 2nd is what she received. Fairly close to what was expected, but I did not like the color combo. Online it looks like a bouquet of pink and white flowers with various shades of pink (my mom's fav color). Instead it was a mix of pink, white, and red. The red just didn't look as nice. Chloe's Flowers is the best florist in Spring. The company's arrangements really knock it out of the park, especially if you're looking for larger arrangements in the $250 range. I've used this company twice thus far, once for an anniversary and once for Valentine's Day, and the results have always been beautiful and fresh. I can't recommend them enough for delivering flowers in a timely, reliable fashion without any issues whatsoever.
