Needing an oil change, I took a chance on Chloe's due to it's very convenient location near my home. Chloe (not the namesake of the business :-) at the front desk, was pleasant, professional, and friendly. I returned the next day for my appointment and everything was completed in a timely manner. When the oil change and tire rotation were completed, I received a text that the car was ready. These are amazing people! You are just about convinced there are no good honest reliable businesses anymore. I have had 4 occasions to need auto help, quickly in the past year. Noticed something hanging under my car, went to Chloe’s , no appointment and they secured it, on the spot , no charge. Another occasion my older model vehicle’s window would not go up. I was able to book an oil change online at almost midnight for an oil the next morning! I was shocked at how fast and convenient! I was starting a road trip from Atlanta back to Colorado and wanted to just get a quick oil change just to be safe. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I appreciated the text message explaining what they found and the convenience of deciding if I wanted to add anything extra to the service! An overall wonderful experience! Thanks again!

This place has been great all around. I live in East Cobb and previously used another place for all of my vehicles needs but not any more. From the get go the person(Mark) who answered the phone was polite, courteous and understanding of my vehicles needs. I drove to Chloe’s after speaking with Mark on the phone and it was happy with my experience dropping my vehicle off and even got a ride home by Chloe in their complementary shuttle service. I was hesitant to go to Chole’s, but I needed a third estimate to hep me decide where to take my Chevy Avalanche for unexpected brake repairs while over 400 miles from home. Glad I did. Their estimate was about half compared to the other two shops, for the same work and same parts. During the repairs, I was escorted into the garage by Mark to see some extremely unsafe and soon to fail parts of my brake system.
