What an amazing experience! I drive an old van that is large and weighs a lot, so trying to find a good shop is always difficult. I called them in of a change of spark plugs. They were able to get me in the same day I called and done with in a few hours. My van runs like new and they did a fuel treatment as well. Prices were reasonable and they were able to look over the rest of the van and let me know what else was going on. I will be coming back again and getting services completed going forward.
Absolutely thrilled to have gone to Chloe’s on Alabama Road! Julie helped me on Thursday afternoon for a scheduled appointment, and we walked through the services I had indicated. She clearly talked through the plan for my car and let me know when she would contact me about any needed next steps. I ran over a nail and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone there was super friendly, and they even let my dog come in and say hi while we waited. Quick, easy, and genuinely good people. Highly recommend.
Best auto repair experience ever! The staff is wonderful - very friendly and professional. The service tech was very thorough and took the time to diagnose the issue. And my final cost was less than estimated!! Would highly recommend and will definitely return when needed.
When I contacted Chloe's Auto on a Monday, they promptly answered the phone and assured me they could handle my request to replace the shocks on my truck. I took the truck in to them later that day to get an estimate and schedule my service for later that week. The price was less than half the cost of another shop nearby and working with everyone in the office was great. The work was completed within the day, and I am now a happy customer. Thank's Chloe's!
