I was hesitant to go to Chole’s, but I needed a third estimate to hep me decide where to take my Chevy Avalanche for unexpected brake repairs while over 400 miles from home. Glad I did. Their estimate was about half compared to the other two shops, for the same work and same parts. During the repairs, I was escorted into the garage by Mark to see some extremely unsafe and soon to fail parts of my brake system. First time customer! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to explain the repairs I needed in a way I could understand. Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but their prices were also very reasonable. I especially appreciated their honesty and transparency regarding the services I needed. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning for any future auto needs!
Awesome service. David stopped when I was stuck on the side of the road and offered to help. I followed up the next day and came back to get. A New battery which was installed quickly and reasonably priced. I went back to Chole because of David’s unsolicited help the previous day. That’s an example of great customer service !
This place is a blessing after many run ins with bad mechanics around town. Julie, at the front desk, is the sweetest woman and is always sure to keep you updated. I have taken my car here for the last few basic maintenance needs. Today I had a much larger problem, to which they promptly assisted me with despite being busy already. This is a caring and considerate set of staff members and you're sure to be in good hands with them.
I had a great experience here. The staff are extremely extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were able to get my vehicle in, diagnose the issue and make the repair in one day. I love that they offer a shuttle service. I will use their service for any future issues. I highly recommend!
