This place has been great all around. I live in East Cobb and previously used another place for all of my vehicles needs but not any more. From the get go the person(Mark) who answered the phone was polite, courteous and understanding of my vehicles needs. I was hesitant to go to Chole’s, but I needed a third estimate to hep me decide where to take my Chevy Avalanche for unexpected brake repairs while over 400 miles from home. Glad I did. Their estimate was about half compared to the other two shops, for the same work and same parts. During the repairs, I was escorted into the garage by Mark to see some extremely unsafe and soon to fail parts of my brake system. I was able to book an oil change online at almost midnight for an oil the next morning! I was shocked at how fast and convenient! I was starting a road trip from Atlanta back to Colorado and wanted to just get a quick oil change just to be safe. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick! I appreciated the text message explaining what they found and the convenience of deciding if I wanted to add anything extra to the service! An overall wonderful experience! Thanks again!
Dropped off my car at 8:50am and within 30 min I was already getting the call about my cars issue. Not even 20 min later my car was ready to pick up. As a woman who struggles to find good and reliable mechanics, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Great work!!!
The team at Chloe’s was so supportive and understanding. I had my 2013 black chevy Malibu towed in because of a severe oil leak. They took their time and explained everything to me that needed to be done. They send texts and pics the whole time keeping you up to date on the process. David the owner was more than happy to give me a discount to help lower my bill. My car is running really well. Everyone on the team is amazing!!!! Thank you all, I really appreciate you guys. 🫶🏼
