A Spring broke on the door of my son‘s wheelchair van. The repair had to be made immediately because he’s completely dependent upon this vehicle for his transportation. The team at Chloe‘s fixed it very quickly. This was consistent with our experience of this shop. They are quick, resourceful, and easy to do business with. Strongly recommend Chloe‘s auto shop.
I came here to repair my driver’s side window that stopped working. The cause of the problem was misdiagnosed more than once. After dropping my car off for two days they informed me that I got the wrong part and I had to wait for the right part to arrive. I had a family member’s car to drive while they were out of town and coordinated it so I could drop it off and they would have time to make sure it was good to go. Service was great, communication was prompt and they did a good job explaining things to me so that I knew all the details. It's one of the few times that, as an older woman, I felt well informed and respected while getting my car serviced. No one talked down to me, and they answered all my questions ensuring I understood. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and always keep me up to date on upcoming service so I can plan it in my budget. Well done and I would highly recommend.
Been taking my cars to Chloes for the last 5 years and they have been the best shop hands down for everything we have needed. Cannot say enough good things about them. Great work and honest legit folks.
Friendly and helpful autoshop. Went to get my AC looked at since it was blowing hot and they said they were going to start with the quick, easy, and cheap option and then go from there. About 1 hour and 10% of what i was fearing I would have to pay later and my AC was good as new. They offered me to call back for a free quote to get the system replaced if I ended up wanting to as well. Not the most important part if an auto shop but the inside was very clean and comfortable, which isn't too usual for these kind of places.
